Boston Seafood Gala
We’re bringing to you an all-star cast of Boston chefs at the Second Annual Boston Seafood Gala. Join us at the Exchange Conference Center on the historic Boston Fish Pier on Friday September 27th to celebrate our local heritage and taste the best seafood that Boston’s fishing industry has to offer.
The celebration begins at 6:00 p.m. with a cocktail hour featuring bubbly and passed hors d’oeuvres from Arwi Odense of the Fairmont Battery Wharf. At 7:00 p.m., local culinary notables including Will Gilson (Puritan & Company), Dante de Magistris (Restaurant Dante), Louis DiBiccari (Tavern Road), Matthew Gaudet (West Bridge), Charles Draghi (Erbaluce), Jose Duarte (Tarranta), Toni Susi (Mondrian Hotel Soho), Andrew Hebert (Trade), Mark Allen (Towne) and a brigade of Boston all-star chefs will serve up 20+ varieties of seafood showcasing the best that Boston has to offer. Boston is truly the seafood capital of the world, and it wouldn’t be Boston without a fabulous raw bar, featuring Woodbury’s Clams and Big Rock Oysters. The Eitan Kenner Group will play a variety of jazz, swing, R&B, top 40 and popular favorites for the perfect accompaniment to these flavorful festivities. Bring your dancing shoes!
