Calling all restaurants and Chefs who want to get in front of over 7,000 attendees. Every year we feature around 20 different chef demos at our two chef demo tents - fully decked out with everything that you need. Each demo is between 30 - 45 minutes long, features seafood (kindly provided for you by local fishermen).
